| Responsibilities: |
On-site modeling support for an enterprise architecture team building version 2.0 of a large enterprise architecture at Arlington VA. As a team member, accept and fulfill tight time-bound modeling tasks including subject matter data gathering, researching websites and available documentation, loading data into architecture tools, building and refining DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) compliant models and supporting team presentations and briefings to stakeholders.
DoDAF Architecting
Enterprise architect skilled in DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF 1.5/2.0) modeling. Ability to gather architecture subject matter data, architecture modeling requirements, enter data, produce DoDAF compliant models as part of integrated EA, and improve models rapidly based on needs for communications with stakeholders.
Tool Experience
Familiarity in-depth with at least one architecture construction tool such as ProVision, System Architect, others. Experience with ProVision/Proforma added plus.
Teamwork
Previous experience working with modeling teams on integrated architecture projects desirable. Ability to communicate clearly, accept taskings, estimate timeframes, clarify work directions, take initiative, report on work performed and collaborate are essential for project success and team membership.
Education
College degree, with at least 2 years of work experience in the area of DoDAF architecture development. Good written, oral and graphical skills.
The candidate will be required to work onsite at the customer location in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Familiarity with DoDAF 1.5, architecture products such as those specified in the All Views, Operational View, Systems View and Technical View is required. Experience in interviewing subject matter experts and representing and validating gathered knowledge is required.
Secret Clearance Preferred
Limited travel is expected

Software Architect/Enterprise Architect

| Responsibilities: |
Immediate opening for a mid-level Software architect/enterprise architect with 5-10 years of experience. The primary objective of the project is to provide (1) systems understanding of a legacy system and (2) provide a technical design for its upgrade.
The primary expectation of the position is to be able to perform modeling and representation tasks for data that is gathered on a legacy system, put it in context with the business and the Agency's enterprise architecture. Modeling and representation is per DoDAF, FEAF, UML and other acceptable techniques for communicating operational and systems understanding to stakeholders. The candidate will be working on a team who will be looking at the Visual Basic code, the functional specifications and manuals of the system.
Limited travel is expected US Citizen or Alien Registration Background investigation will be preformed prior to starting work

Internet Applications Developer

As an internet applications developer you will have responsibility for developing and maintaining internet applications running on Windows 2000/2003 with Internet Information Server 5.0/6.0 and Transaction Server. You must be an accomplished ASP/.NET developer. The position also requires writing complex SQL queries to access Sybase and Oracle databases. An understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues is a must. |

Network communication, setting up sockets and communication with
Windows NT clients using sockets and FTP communication services is also
a requirement. |
