MMC offers a variety of services at MMC's offices in Fairfax, Virginia and at the customer site.
Hosting services are available for those who:
- don't have the appetite or budget to setup, administer and manage a repository on site
- would like to try before you buy, simply subscribe for a trial period of time
- are amenable to outsourcing repository services.
On-Site installation of your DesignBank repository, Client application and Web server at your site.
Training of all three pieces, Server administration, Client application, and Web users are available. Help Desk services are provided for both our Hosted and On-site customers through telephone or email. MMC's professional staff is also available for consulting in the area of enterprise architecture planning, repository consulting, repository information modeling, framework based requirements gathering and analysis, methodology and tools selection and data administration and standardization consulting.
